Volunteer retention in the Fire & Emergency Services

Volunteer recruitment gets a lot of attention, but retaining members is just as important for a successful fire department. After all, why go through the hassle of convincing someone to join your department if you can’t get them to stay? Join the NVFC for a Facebook Live discussion on retention strategies your department can employ to keep members active and engaged.
