Wildfire2026: UK Wildfire Conference

November 10 @ 9:30 am – November 11 @ 4:15 am
The UK Wildfire Conference returns as a key biennial event for wildfire professionals, following the success of the 2024 conference in Aberdeen, and earlier events.
The theme for Wildfire2026 is ‘New Perspectives – Shared Solutions’, reflecting the urgent need to rethink how we approach wildfire challenges and recognising that no single perspective can address the complexity of fire risk. By sharing knowledge, experiences, and strategies, we aim to create solutions that are informed, inclusive, and effective, helping communities, policymakers, and professionals to respond to wildfires more resiliently.
As the largest multi-agency wildfire conference in the UK, welcoming up to 300 delegates across two days, this biennial meeting will provide an ideal opportunity for stakeholders from all sectors including experts from across government, responders, research, land management and more.
The event represents a unique opportunity to share new insights, cutting edge research and collaborative work on new wildfire perspectives and shared solutions.
Delegates will enjoy full access to the plenary sessions and exhibition, as well as the drinks reception, awards ceremony and gala dinner.
